The Utah State Fire Chiefs Association (USFCA) was formed in 1959 to cultivate a closer fraternal fellowship among the several branches of fire service organizations throughout the State of Utah. Incorporated in 1984, the USFCA is all chief level officers from any Fire Department in the State of Utah.

2022 NFFF Golf TournamentThis annual event promotes the National Fallen Firefighter Foundation with 100% of all proceeds benefitting the families of Fallen Firefighter’s. This event promises to attract substantial media exposure while raising funds to benefit firefighter’s families locally and across the nations.


To further the professional advancement of the fire service.

To ensure and maintain greater protection and property from fire, natural or man-made disaster.

To promote policy.

To promote and maintain a close bond of friendship and understanding among Chiefs of Fire Departments in the State of Utah.

To provide a medium of exchange for information and ideas between Fire Chiefs and to advocate or oppose legislation affecting the fire service.

The Utah State Fire Chiefs Association (USFCA) is affiliated with the Western Fire Chiefs Association (WFCA), a division of the International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC).
